Dr Charis Manousou

I joined UWS in September 2022, bringing with me extensive experience from various posts within Primary, Further, and Higher Education. My passion lies in designing and implementing intercultural learning environments that promote diversity. As a lecturer in the MEd London program, I teach the module “Inclusive Leadership Practices,” reflecting my strong commitment to inclusion and social justice for students and staff at all levels of education. Currently, my research focuses on exploring innovative approaches to inclusive and equitable learning environments and enhancing staff and students’ assessment literacy skills. I am a core member of the Centre of Migration, Diaspora, Citizenship and Identity (CMDCI).
