A Marketing and Business Management Lecturer dedicated to bridging the gap between theory and practice in higher education. My teaching centres on student engagement, experiential learning, and developing industry ready skills for dynamic business environments. I lead with empathy and a strong passion for modelling emotionally intelligent leadership, fostering inclusive and supportive learning spaces where students can thrive. By integrating interactive pedagogies, real-world case studies, and research informed approaches, I enhance critical thinking and performance outcomes. My academic interests include leadership, emotional intelligence, cultural dynamics in organisations and performance development, alongside ongoing contributions to curriculum innovation, research, and community engagement initiatives.
