Dr Selman Tetik

Dr. Tetik received his PhD in management in 2016 and has been teaching Business and Management modules in Higher Education since 2012. He began his career in Turkey as a research assistant before moving into a lecturer role. He later worked as a Senior Lecturer in Nigeria for a year and a half. Before his current role, he also taught in the United Kingdom as a business and management lecturer at various higher educational institutions.

Dr. Tetik’s research focuses on Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour, with particular emphasis on talent management, employee engagement, and human capital.
