Huyen Le

I am a Careers and Employability Adviser at our London campus, where I develop and deliver tailored career advice and guidance support for London-based students as well as those across our campuses. I also work closely with academic teams to integrate employability and embed career education within academic programs in London.

With over decades of experience across business, charity, and education, I have a strong track record in project management and leadership across multiple countries. I have supported diverse individuals—including executives, senior managers, entrepreneurs, students, and graduates, and especially, those from disadvantaged backgrounds or with learning challenges—helping them navigate their careers and overcome challenges successfully.

I am passionate about enhancing well-being through career choice and personal development, empowering individuals at all stages of life to achieve their aspirations. I strongly believe in the unlimited potential within everyone and am committed to helping individuals unlock their strengths, build confidence, and develop resilience in an ever-changing world.
