Lecturer
As a lecturer in Education, my background in the field of education started in my native country of Dominican Republic where I started working from early 2011 as a primary school teacher. I have worked as a lecturer in Higher Education on both undergraduate and postgraduate education courses at the University of Bristol and Bath Spa University, joining UWS in September 2022. My research interests have been on the field of comparative and international studies with areas of interests such as sustainability in education, teacher wellbeing, teacher governance and quality, policy analysis, discourses, biopolitics and governmentality.
