Renata Vincoletto is the Chief Information Security Officer at Civica, where she leads the organisation’s global cybersecurity strategy and cyber resilience programme. With more than 25 years in cybersecurity, she has held leadership roles across global technology and regulated organisations, including Microsoft, where she advised Fortune 100 CISOs on incident response and security operations. Renata is a recognised speaker on cyber leadership, supply-chain risk, and resilience. She also serves as a board member of the ISC2 Center for Cyber Safety and Education and Step8Up.
