Dr.Usman Masood

My name is Usman Masood, and I am a Business and Management Lecturer at the UWS London Campus. I spent several years in the corporate sector, specifically in the Financial Industry, where I accumulated over a decade of experience as a Credit Manager. This role provided me with invaluable insights into the practical challenges and opportunities within the business world.

In 2018, I completed my MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Hull, and the following year, I enrolled in a Doctorate program at UWS. I transitioned to academia in 2020, starting as an Associate Lecturer. Teaching has been a deeply rewarding journey, allowing me to share my industry knowledge and research findings with eager minds.

My research focuses on supply chain resilience and risk management. I strive to make my classes engaging and relevant, often using real-world case studies to bridge theory and practice. This blend of academic and practical experience shapes my approach to education, making my journey both fulfilling and impactful.
