The Admissions Counsellor is a client-facing role and is part of the Admissions and marketing team. The role-holder will represent TEG to prospective students and organisations and works to increase inquiries and convert applications into enrolled students.
You will use their superior customer service skills and professionalism throughout daily interactions and communications with students including interviews, phone calls, emails and information sessions.
The Counsellor will create and implement recruitment strategies to reach prospective students through events, referrals, online and print communications, and outreach opportunities to businesses and organisations. The role-holder will be expected to work independently, pro-actively as well as collaboratively.
