Private accommodation is let out and managed by private landlords or state agents, which can be confusing, especially amongst international students trying to book it from abroad.
There are purpose-built student accommodation options; private room rentals inside a shared house or flat; private flats or studios; or host family accommodation if you are looking for a more enriching cultural exchange.
