My name is Hillary Chinonso Ugwuanyi, and I am a proud graduate of MBA with Leadership from UWS London. My time at UWS London campus was an incredible experience, made possible by the supportive staff, team, and fellow students.

I want to express my appreciation to God for his mercies; my lovely wife for her unwavering support and love, and the TEG team, who went above and beyond to find a job for me and many other students, for their continuous support and encouragement. I am immensely grateful for everything you have done for me.

The TEG Club team made sure there was a new fun activity every week, and I am grateful for the effort they put into making our time at UWS enjoyable. To the academic and non-academic staff, I want to express my sincere appreciation for making my stay in UWS London worthwhile.

Although my journey has come to an end, it feels like it should not end. As an MBA with Leadership graduate, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of leadership, management, and business strategy. Through my coursework, I have gained valuable experience in analyzing complex business problems, developing creative solutions, and leading teams towards achieving organizational goals.

I am passionate about utilizing my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact in the business world. As a strategic thinker, I enjoy identifying new opportunities and developing innovative solutions that can help organizations grow and succeed. I am committed to continuous learning and self-improvement, believing that effective leadership requires a growth mindset. Therefore, I strive to continually develop my skills and expand my knowledge base to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.

As a leader, I value collaboration, communication, and empathy. I believe that success is achieved through the collective efforts of a team, and I prioritize creating a supportive and inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to the organization’s success.
